As far as getting a sticky, I would really suggest you wait till it gets closer to when you want to end the thing. There is a reason that CASAA puts out the CTA's in what seems like the last minute.

At first there is a flurry of activity (which you have witnessed first hand) then a sharp drop off.

They never got officially behind my World vaping Day thing. It is more in the line of "If you think of doing something, just do it." If they don't think it is a good idea, I'm fairly sure they would say something.

EVERY little bit helps. I think that this is worth the effort. All these things add up to a whole. :)
Exactly. I'm not delusional :) I don't think this petition is going to singlehandedly save vaping as we know it. We don't have the media on our side, we have "public health" organizations spending millions spreading lies. This is one way to spread some truth. We need to be spreading the truth in as many ways as we possibly can.

I agree. I'm thinking once the final rules are officially released and we can see exactly what it is we're facing, we can go for a surge. That's not to say we shouldn't continue posting and sharing and bumping to grow our numbers as much as we can until then. Once we get to that point though, I'll be bugging SJ for a sticky, and everything else we can think of :D

I just bought www . vapingpetition . com - it redirects to the petition at change.org (if you're not seeing it, give it a few minutes - I literally just bought it a minute ago). It expires in a year, but I highly doubt we'll need it that long.

NOTE : I only got this to help out with printed materials, I strongly suggest everyone continue using the change.org link for online stuff because it is so recognizable. And you don't have to use this domain for printed stuff, it's just an option for a lot shorter (and easier to remember) link to put on fliers and business cards - if you want to.

If you're really short on space (business cards?) you can also drop the www and just put vapingpetition.com - that's the main reason I bought it, I plan to print business cards and leave them at nearby vape shops.

Edit - it's so hard to put a domain in a post these days without it changing it!! I had to add in spaces.
KattMamma, that is flippin’ awesome! Brilliant idea, thank you so much!

I agree with a lot of what's been discussed and Lessifer has summed it up perfectly in the above. SJ is going to have a lot of mail when when they finally get posted. :D

18,050 hit just over 18 hours too late. Kitty was disappointed but climbed in by himself for the cause, thought he wasn’t pleased by any stretch of the imagination.

Gave him a salmon filet with catnip sauce, heavy on the catnip, for being a good sport about it.

I'm not sure where this uptick is coming from, but I like it.

As for FB... ...? why would a SOCIAL media page care what people discuss SOCIALLY unless it's illegal? If they're worried about underage users, they need to work on their membership policy.
Me likes too!

I don't know why they'd ban it other than they have control issues. Perhaps next they'll ban certain political party beliefs and certain ethnic groups. Maybe vegans and anyone that shops at Wal-Mart are next.
