I think it's more about letting the fat cats live a better life. Every politician should be made to take Chantix for a month and see how well it goes for them since they think that's a better solution.

Lessifer can set the time limit or signature limit to whatever he chooses. He also has the ability to change that at any time.

He has said that he will keep it going until the FDA releases their deeming. This gives the petition ample time to reach epic signatures. (We hope)

In the electronic cigarette sub reddit I just scrolled through until I saw the link, I think it was on page 3.
