It would be wonderful to pass 20,000 by the time Lessifer gets out of rehab, I mean back.

Don’t anybody go starting rumors, rehab part was a joke.

Maybe we need some of Caramel's cheerleaders.

Oh those hedgehogs are so adorable!! I went into a small petshop once and the owner was desperately trying to find a good home for a hedgehog. I held her and she was sooo sweet I almost took her...

We've hit another lull... apparently it was reddit that gave us the big boost the other day... maybe that blog helped too... I'm still spreading the link around... I hope everyone else is too....

DON'T GIVE UP. We'll have lulls, we'll have boosts... as long as the number keeps going up, no matter how fast or slow, we're doing good.

Somewhere out there
I just bought www . vapingpetition . com - it redirects to the petition at change.org (if you're not seeing it, give it a few minutes - I literally just bought it a minute ago). It expires in a year, but I highly doubt we'll need it that long.

NOTE : I only got this to help out with printed materials, I strongly suggest everyone continue using the change.org link for online stuff because it is so recognizable. And you don't have to use this domain for printed stuff, it's just an option for a lot shorter (and easier to remember) link to put on fliers and business cards - if you want to.

If you're really short on space (business cards?) you can also drop the www and just put vapingpetition.com - that's the main reason I bought it, I plan to print business cards and leave them at nearby vape shops.

Edit - it's so hard to put a domain in a post these days without it changing it!! I had to add in spaces.

Bumping up KattMamma's post because I LOVE what she did!

19,665 another lull but still moving :)

The woods were a little busier this weekend, maybe that's where everyone was.
It all helps - as does this, just spotted in another thread:

Spending bill exempts e-cigs from FDA review | TheHill

Partial snip:
"Republicans blocked an amendment Wednesday that would have removed a provision from a spending bill exempting electronic cigarettes and other products from the Food and Drug Administration’s pre-market review process."

Sort of convoluted language, but it seems there's a provision IN the spending bill that exempts ecigs from the FDA review, and there was an attempt to amend the spending bill by REMOVING that provision. That attempt FAILED.

Keep up the pressure, folks!!

Wasn't that the provision to change the effective date of any new regulations to be 21 months after their finalization? If so, it's the same as the house bill to change the grandfather date. That is a step in the right direction, but still isn't far enough. Freezing the industry at the state they are when the regulations are enacted, just like cigarettes, still treats vapor as a tobacco product, with everything that goes along with that.
