The problem we're having right now is all these storms bringing in snow, especially higher up where the internet tower is. They don't have a heater up there and they're too incompetent to get up there and clear the snow. Some has been melting but then freezes back up killing the signal. Today we didn't get internet back on until 4:30 this afternoon. Last night, right after I logged out, it crashed again. We would switch providers but we're planning on leaving the area anyway.

Yep, no internet yesterday. They had a recorded phone message claiming they had "a" technician (atop a 4,500' ice and snow covered hill) out working to restore it. Still claimed that a 9pm last night. Yeah, right. Didn't come back on, and stay on, until this evening.
