PG and VG percentage

I know that pg gives great throat hit and flavor but less vapor than vg. Whats a good percentage to have on most e juices. PS I'v never done 100% of either.

I like 50-50 for mine....works great in smoktech cartomizers and flows good from tank.

You really have to figure it out for yourself, and even then, it can change from juice to juice. That being said, if you don't have problems with pg, 70/30 pg to vg is often a vendor's recommended ratio. 50/50 and 60/40 pg/vg are also common. I'd start with one of these three and then work your way up or down the scale and see what works FOR YOU.

Think it depends both on personal preference and particular flavors. I don't like a lot of throat hit myself, and prefer a smooth vape with big thick clouds, so I'm tend to prefer 50/50 up to 70/30 depending on the juice. I think some flavors are well suited to have a bit of an edge from the PV and others should just be mellow, smooth and creamy so I go for 50/50. I haven't tried any 100% vg or pg either though.

Ive been doing 80/20, because of the place i was buying them at.

I prefer something higher than 50/50 and most places have a halfway point between full vg, too thick and seemed to reek havoc on my coils, at around 20/80 and 25/75. It also depend on what you use to vape. People that like carto tanks use a thinner juice for better easier wicking and I use silica wicks so the higher vg gives me a fuller vape.

I like 21% honey, 29% egg nog, 49% vg/pg flavorless (mixed at 61/39) and 1% assorted additives such as eggplant extract, milk of the puppy and occasionally liquified marshmallow fluff and melon bits.

PG was starting to get irritating to me so I went down to 30%PG. The vape is smoother for me but it does gunk up my coils faster. I may move back to 50/50 once I lower my nic again.

if you find a good juice that can deliver throat hit at 100% VG i say go for it (AVE is pretty good about this). velvet cloud vapor has 100VG but it has absolutely zero feeling (like puffing on humid air), even though their flavors are awesome

BWB malty toffee is in 70VG/30PG and has a really nice mix, but can be a bit rough on punched cartos in a tank (think lots of dry pulls)

50/50 seems to be a happy medium (go figure ) and works really well on my tanks

I say 50 50 or 60vg 40 pg is the best. I tried to explain it here. but it is subjective the best way to know for sure is to experiment.

I like seeing big clouds of vapor too Is that the ratio you prefer with most venders?
