Hi everyone,

I just bought PG from TSC and I was wondering, is this safe to vape? It says "Animal use only" and "Not for human use." It says it's USP. I've seen many threads on this topic but I haven't found a solid answer. So anybody with personal experience on this would be very helpful.

(From that link)
(These carriers are made in four grades:
•Pharmaceutical Grade - for human consumption including by inhalation
•Food Grade - for human consumption by ingestion but not inhalation
•Agricultural (Farm) Grade - for use in connection with animals
•Industrial Grade - for use in machinery, manufacturing and similar purposes

All of these grades except Pharma Grade contain contaminants, in increasing amounts as the grade quality reduces. This is the difference in the grades.)

Them stating "Animal use only and Not for human use" is just to protect them from liability. The USP quality tells you that it is good enough unless you don't want to chance it and prefer to find Pharmaceutical grade instead. This is the same stuff I use and haven't noticed any negative effects :D

I bought some and it had a strong chemical odor. I never used it. It will kill weeds though, so it will probably go in my sprayer this spring. Nobody else seems to have noticed this so maybe I got a bad batch. I get mine from the pharmacy, but I believe it is actually a cosmetic grade. I priced pharma grade from a compounding pharmacy once and they wanted $50 for a 1/2 liter. No thank you. I usually pay $10-12. I have some i bought on Amazon, but haven't opened it yet.
You really have to decide for yourself.
