PG/VG ordering question

How come some flavors I'm able to customize PG/VG percentages,and others I can't? Is this something that can be specified in the order notes,or do some flavors have a set PG/VG ratio?

The specialty flavors are only available in a 50/50 mix.

The specialty flavors are all 50/50. They are specially blended to reach that flavor and a change in pg/vg would effect the flavor.

I've also noticed that some flavors don't list the ratio at all. Pina Colada being an example. I wonder if these are "Super-Secret-Specialty" mixes.
