PG vs VG and flavors

 Does the choice of PG/VG blend affect flavors of juices and how?? I'm trying to get the best flavor and more vapor out of my juice. I'm new to vaping and have 60/40 blend. It tastes sweet but doesn't taste like it is supposed to. I was wondering if I was getting the wrong blend or if I got a low quality juice. I really expected my juice to taste like the flavor was supposed to. I get the sweet taste but not the flavor. Maybe I am expecting too much?? Please help!!

If you are using a premixed blend, then you are kinda stuck unless you dilute the nic content with a flavor concentrate & that could change the flavor altogether.

If you mixed your own juice then you can add more flavor & more nic juice to keep the nic strength the same & have more flavor, providing you also used extra PG or VG base etc & don't add more base to the revised mix.

PG generally gives a better flavor than VG but VG tastes sweeter & produces more vapor. The trick is to find the ratio of these that suits you best.

I have the same dilemma. Void mist had a great sale last week so I ordered the same flavors in various VG/PG combos to see what I really like. Think there's a good amount of trial and error, but eventually I'll figure it out.

I did almost the same beachpuff did. Ordered 5-6 different flavors/percentages in different flavors and did trial and error till i found a mix good for me. I ended up favoring 70vg/30pg. Still got enough flavor with good vapor production. I used Gourmet Vapor for my purchases, but any major supplier with smaller quantities available should be a good place to start.
