14650 batteries are bigger

That's why they indicate the battery the specific G16 takes

...you can't use one with the...other. Mods abs batteries, mods and batteries (Married with Children theme popped in my head)

Certain mods can take both, I believe with an extension maybe

The 17mm Nemesis takes both

Efest has some superb 14650s. And one batt nearly lasts me a whole work day.

I have one more question for the Lite owners that also own an estia. My Estia has pretty good airflow. Just enough that I can lung hit it. How does the lite airflow compare to that?

Phen-Lite's airflow is fit for DTLs.

Yes, tube threads are the same. So interoperability is possible.

In your Lite video it said you were using Nichrome. Just wondering of there was any particular reason, I've never tried Nicchome and was wondering. Does it add in difference on flavor?

Also, where do you order the Nichrome from?

NIchrome and kathal serve the same purpose, I think there is a slight difference in resistance , so you might have to adjust the length to compensate....... There has always been some that say Kanthal is better tasting, or faster in heating, or it might be the opposite.....

I dont know if one is better for lower resistances, but I do think that the cheaper throw away things like cartos and premades by kanger, etc used nichrome and when people got to rebuilding they thought kanthal tasted better.... WHo knows, all I remember is nichrome was less expensive?

I started with Kanthal because everybody seemed to say it was better at the time I started building my own....... Just preference.......

Well explained by AAFan ~ I don't find any difference between the two except that Nichrome takes lesser wraps to hit the same resistance. Thus heats up faster and vice versa.

I use both, Nichrome and Kanthal, based on which spool is picked up. There's no preference.

What ohm and number of wraps do you run in the Phenom on your 2.4 ID coils? Just curios.

My ohms and coil ID run standard accross my attys. Between 1.1 - 1.3 Ohms wrapped on a 2.4mm screwdriver.

For lower ohms I have a few duals and/or tri-coiled attys. Which I don't generally use. Single coil is my preferred regular.
