I assume so. Saying it lies between the current Provari and the P3 also implies that its maximum output is higher than the Taifun Eye. Presumably 30+ watts.

I also think it implies that it will be a metal tube mod.

I would assume it's a given that the P3 would be a VV/VW device with a 30watt capacity. If it's isn't then what's the point of making another one?

Agreed. I doubt Phil would say anything even remotely hint-like about the P3 without permission. Whether this means P3 news is coming soon remains to be seen.
