good to see business is good moo!

Side note, I've decided that my Ihy's have completely spoiled me on loose draw..

any suggestions on what to use to bore out the airhole in the cobra?

From the designer himself....

[10:48:25 PM] start small
[10:48:25 PM] its now 1mm
[10:48:41 PM] go to 1.2 first and work up until they get the right draw
[10:49:01 PM] SS dril bit should work but if not then a cobalt drill bit

Will the silicone ring at the bottom of the Cobra's center post melt if it gets too hot or anything? I had that happen to a did clone almost right after buying it. I have no problem with it yet and have been using the cobra for over a week now, just paranoid. Is there a danger of it, or is there anything I need to avoid doing to make sure it doesn't melt?

Not being a Cobra owner but owner a few knockoffs, as long as the bottom coil isn't touching the insulator it shouldn't melt.
