Phiniac and Siam Mods Cobra Rebuildable Atty

Have had my Cobra for a week and finally got my frosted purple dragon tank today. I ordered the atty first to make sure I would get it before they sold out then ordered the tank after. Sandy delayed my tank. I have to say I like this think even more now. The custom tank looks very very cool on there.

My only issue with the Cobra is the top cap is an incredibly tight fit (5ml version). I really struggle to get it back on. I'm afraid I'm damaging one of the o-rings every time I put it on, it's that tight. It takes a hell of a lot of force to get on there. Anyone else having the same issue?

Did you try lubing the orings before putting the cap on?

I'm sure you've tried everything but I'll ask anyway. Have you tried twisting the cap on rather than pushing it on?

It is a really nice tight fit. And it has the two orings. So it seems tighter. And yes, you could slightly twist to get them over.

Just got my Cobra Man, that is a really tight draw. Anyone drill their air hole out yet?

I drilled mine with a #54 drill bit and love it!

hi! i am at 18mg but its too much i can't use it. i will have to order some 6mg but might take a while (see location) since i have your attention yankeebobo, do you have any tips for removing hotspots ? i have 1 at positive screw and keeps coming back. thank you!

Nudge it up a bit. There is a short between that top coil and the next one down. Maybe even bring the top in toward the post so it's not too far away.
What's happening is that one section of wire is likely sitting on unoxidized mesh. You may think you got it all but there's a small spot likely.
If nudging doesn't fix, loosen that top screw, twist wire out, and run one burn/quench on the top 1/3. Basically everything above the base. What's in juice doesn't matter.

While you're at it, that is likely why it's so damn harsh. A hot spot will scorch your vape BAD. fix that and vape the 18 again.

I don't feel the need to lower my nic strength at all. I actually just raised it a little bit recently too.
