I am surprised you were awake and answering emails so fast. Stellar service. Don't you ever sleep? One of the tanks goes to my brother who already has one Phiniac. Mine is my first. Sorry again about so many emails. I got so excited I kept goofing what I wanted, but I finally got it right!

I had my cc info in and about to push the button when I decided to go back and read the newsletter. I was so excited that I didn't read the whole thing and almost added ss caps to a color tank.

I just almost gave me a heart attack. I was rinsing out my TB texured. When I got done doing that, I was flicking out the water and it went flying out of my hand. It hit my SS sink, then bounced onto the counter. Fron the counter it bounced onto my tile floor that is over a concrete floor. I was afraid to breath or look for a bit.

It was still in one piece and no marks on the caps or the Phiniac - everything breaks when it hits my kitchen floor - But not the Phiniac. Yayyyyyy!

Too bad no video. Would be a hoot to watch. I would have almost had a heart attack. My Phiniac coming soon. Glad to hear I can be clumsy and it will still be alive, but I never doubted that after watching the drop test videos.

Good Morning to you Sashwa! (Although now it is late afternoon, so good afternoon and good evening.

I sleep a little in the very early morning!

Good Morning Everyone...
Wishing all a Happy Easter Weekend..

A happy Easter weekend to you and all!

I am glad you got the email first. I have made a change on the SS cap page that will hopefully allow others not to have the same problem. And I might even change it to make it more clear when I have time!

any updates on the Misty tanks?

The prototypes are at the PO box and they will be arriving home with Chris when he gets back from town. I need to get with mist and find out pricing, timelines and when we can launch them. I will keep everyone posted when there is something to post.

Thanks for the email Moorea. Just bought my custom tank and jar! Really liked how it came out this time.

I am SO relieved. We have had to retry custom handblown requests twice in the past and on one other occasion 3 times. Had it not been to your liking this time I wouldn't have been able to say "3 times is a charm!" in the future.

I really like the match of the green in the jar to the green in the tank! It was just good luck as they are different glasses!

Both will ship on Monday!

I'm actually relieved myself. Would've had to wait a bit longer to get both of my custom orders. Third time really was a charm for the jar. Even liked how the colors were blended together in the base. Much better than last time.

Excited to see how the jar and tank look together in person. I know that pictures don't always show all the details.

I'm really impressed with the customer service that I got. Most other vendors will either charge you extra to re-do it or won't even do anything at all.

Really wanna Thank you and Mr. Phiniac for being such AWESOME people.

It's our pleasure.

I have no problem giving it a few tries, as I can always put the failed attempt on the website and someone will come along and purchase it.

We once made a custom handblown tank for a customer and it came out horrible. I was embarrassed to send the customer the photo not only was it completely not what she wanted, but in my opinion it was kind of ugly. I did however send the photo to the customer for two reasons. First I wanted her to see why her custom request would have to wait until the next batch and second who knows, maybe it was exactly what she was wanting. The customer did not like the tank and was concerned I would get stuck with it. We had a good laugh over the tank and how it looked. I told her not to worry, put it on the site and it sold in a few days!!!

I'm not mentioning any names, because one of you has that tank and you really love it!!!!

That's very true. Hope that whoever got that tank was pleased with their purchase. That must be the hardest part of doing custom work for customers. Since everyone already has a picture of what they want. But, I'm glad that you do offer to do that for people. Since that's what makes Phiniac Tanks special.

Me?? Do I have the laughed at tank????

Evening Phins, how goes it??

No you do not have the laughed at tank! I Promise. However it really doesn't make a difference as I know for a fact the person who does loves it! I would be happy to use any of your tanks.
