Congrats to you two!! Those are some great looking tanks!! Love the batman themed one, it's the first time I'm seeing a finished sandblasted tank!
Definitely, I'll keep that in mind and will let you know. Would love to own one of those types of tank.
There is a very good reason that it is the first time you have seen one...
It is the first and only finished sandblasted tank that has not been blasted on a nasty reject. Husband and I finally got past the testing stage and got all of our ducks in a row and this evening we were ready to go. We were going to blow one of every tank from our stock designs and take care of the few clear custom requests we had. We did that one tank and we were both SO exhausted that was it. I know I've said it before, but this project has taken a bunch of work and we have been at it full blast (no pun intended) for a few weeks now.
We will still have everything blasted before the shopping cart programming is done, so we are still on schedule.
Now he is playing Xbox and I've got so used to working 24/7 I'm not sure what to do with myself aside from hum the batman song in my head.
Oh on a side note, I got all ready to do your request and then realized it was on a tinted, so I cut the vinyl for nothing as the tinted is a different size.
Well I am happy and PROUD to have the very FIRST OFFICIAL SANDBLASTED TANK!!!!! Thank you for the hard work and I simply cannot WAIT to get it!!! With the quality you provide and the customer service you show, you better plan on being VERY busy with these sandblasted and tinted tanks!!!! HOLY SANDBLAST BATMAN!!!!! lol
That explains it but, it's great to see the finished results from all the testing that yall have done. Can only imagine how tired you two were trying to get that tank done. It's not easy and trying to do all the stock designs and customs all in a row. You two should just take your time getting those done. It's too much for just one nights work from what it sounds like. You two have been putting a lot of work into these tanks. Really envious of you two's work ethnic when it comes to getting these tanks done.
It is good news to hear that all the tanks will be done on time though. Also, really eager to see the fruits of you two's labor when everything is finished. I'm sure they will look awesome. Although, you should really get some rest. Working 24/7 can have an effect on anyone. Probably why the Batman theme is on instant reply right now LOL.
Oh wow, sorry to hear about what happened. I'm sure your not happy about the wasted vinyl.

LOL!!! That little 1" x 2.8" piece of vinyl is nothing, we have wasted a ton of it with esigns that won't work and getting the printer to make the perfect cut. I was just excited to o yours because I think it will look cool! Glad I glanced at the email before we actually blasted it. While I don't care much about wasting a tiny piece of vinyl I don't want to blow any polished and annealed tanks that we don't have too!

Well, it's gotta mean something LOL I'm playing but, it's good to hear that didn't have an effect. Getting pretty dang excited myself and I can't wait to see it. Thank you so much for the update and the work that your putting into it. I'm really thankful for that. Absolutely agree that if you didn't have to go through the whole process then that would be better. Although, I would've bought that one too if that happened.

The harsh juices destroy plastic--ALL glass is "safe." But glass is very brittle, so borosilicate glass is used for the added strength to resist breakage should it fall. You can use any glass bottle for your purposes.
I post this not to discourage your getting a Phiniac-made item, but because all the Genesii and rebuildable attys are unique to themselves--so you would have to send the particular unit you want the bottle made for to Phiniac for custom fitting and they are busy enough right now that even if it was a project to take on you'd probably be waiting a while...
