Phoenix RBA screw size?

Need some help here. I totally messed up and completely removed the screw from my phoenix last night, then lost it. Apparently, $6 precision screwdriver sets from Harbor Freight aren't magnetized.

Does anyone know what size screw that thing uses and where I can find one?

Had the same problem. Went to a local optician, watches or glasses shops are what you want to target, just run in to one. Show the screw you are looking for and walk out with a new one

i'm going to need a magnetized screw driver also to work on this thing. everything else is easy except those tiny screws. An eye glass repair kit should have extra screws in them that would fit.

I got some one working on this right now. It may be latter this evening before he gets back to us.

With the holes in the posts you shouldn't need to remove the screws. I don't use a magnetized screwdriver. If they're stainless they probably won't stick anyway.

Ok Emris here on ECF said these screws should work.

M1.6 x .35 4mm
McMaster-Carr

Now you may be able to find them cheaper or at the local hard ware store but this is the size and thread pitch that should work.

Oh this is awesome. Thanks a ton for this!! I'm going to go pick up a few just to keep in the tool box.

I ended up finding the screw. I remembered that I had this telescoping magnet with a flashlight at the end. So I dug it out of the "crap I never thought I would use, but keep anyway" drawer and made a sweep of the general area where I dropped it. Found it within a minute.

Glad I could be of help and that you found the set screw. I got one of those telescoping magnet as well but no flash light. I work on mods at my desk while working and drop things often LOL Its saved my bacon many times LOL
