"Pick one of four cards and you could win..." What did I win?

I placed an order, and the next screen said something like "Pick one of four cards and you could win..."

I selected one of the four cards and the next screen said I was a winner. I don't know what I may have won but I placed an order with my credit card/billing address in NJ to be shipped to my brother's address in NY. If a prize is being shipped with this order, will it be sent to my brother instead of to me?
