Hello everyone.

I really need some help.

My knowledge with ohms law and "mechanic" mods is very limited and after some research I just want to make sure I doing things correctly.

The Pico Squeeze has some safety features so things are not that bad. It can fire above the claimed 50w but with some high risks associated.

My build on the Wasp Nano is a 0.32 ohm ni80 3mm spaced fused calpton coil.

The battery is a Samsung 25r that I had here and is brand new (never used).

Is this setup safe?

I tried single wire 24aug kanthal wire spaced 3mm coil at 0.36ohm but flavour was weak and vapour rather cold.

The vapor temperature and flavour I get from the fused clapton coil is soooo good.

Again, is this a safe setup? Am I pushing the Pico over the safe limits?

Thank you in advance.

Take care.

My morning math says you're somewhere around 55w with that setup and only using around 60% of what your samsung battery can handle so I'd say you're fine.
Worst case scenario would be prolonged use possibly eventually burning out whatever electronics are in it. But even if it's only rated for 10 amps, you're not much past that at around 12-13A with that coil. eleaf is a joyetech company though so I'd guess their ratings are on the low side of what it can handle.

Your device isn't a mech.It is unregulated with protections. It also has amperage limit.
Also this device won't allow you to put a super low ohm coil.It won't fire.
The battery you have is good for down to 0.2 ohm.
So you don't have to worry at all.
Low ohm coils drain batteries faster because they draw more amps.
Your device is direct output that means as voltage drop, you will notice lack of vapor production.

Samsung 25R is rated 60 watt max.Not 80 watt..Referring at your math.;)

edit: your math are fine,I guess it is not my day..

Yes, the Clapton performance on the Pico feels lke the high 40s low 50s watts. I will try to build a bit higher. I read people vaping low 0.2ohm with this mod and it seemed pretty unsafe.

Thank you.

Big coils drain batteries faster because they require more power.

I haven't vaped it much yet to drain battery and notice big differences. Yes the "" for mechanic was intended as unregulated.

Will see how it goes but I love this setup.

Thank you.
