The Dvarw is the best MTL tank IMO but man $130 for a tank is tough, I will admit if my wife wouldn't flip I would probably be in line for the 24 FL.

What are those white mods?

Not sure if you recieved a response, but if not, they are the stratum v4 or v4.1 white from olc stratum. All stratum mods are expensive, but beautiful and really light and small. Sometimes you can find them at the stratum store site, but they sell fast...

Yes you can. Quality is either fit for use,fit for purpose or what the end user wants or has agreed to. If it's consistent and you'r happy then you can use the word quality to express your expectations being met.

I love my Prohibition vape juices. One of my very favorite e-liquid company's. Can you say quality?
