I sent messages to both Evolv and Volcano last week describing my situation and waited for a reply. Volcano has still not acknowledged my email request but first thing the next day, I got a reply with an approved RMA from Evolv.The turn around was less than a week since they installed a new board and sent it right back to me via USPS Priority. This is how good customer service is done. Evolv rocks. This juice is pretty decent.
