Yes they are.....Kinda Pricey but the quality is top notch.... Bottom cap is almost as heavy as the provari......Helps keep it from wobbling over though...

Josh, it's been a month since this post of yours so how's that RM2 & Cyclone coming along? Are they still in rotation or have you found something better? I'd like to see a followup picture of the 3 you have in rotation which I presume your original post was about.

Here's my current set up in rotation.

Reo Grand with RM2, China GG with A7 BF RDA, 1300 mah Ego battery with the Cyclops (Cyclone with AFC) and lastly Black Provari Mini V2 (with Twins telescope) with a Protank V1.
