I am wrapping anywhere from 5-7 and I am using Kanthal A 32 awg wire for the coil. I started out with 325 mesh bec I usually use VG but at this point I'm gonna make a 400 wick and use mostly PG.
I've found that 4 full wraps is perfect for me with my Katana. 400 mesh, 25mm x 40mm (I believe a little longer would be sufficient for the Line) and I also don't meter my coil. Go by taste and feel - after you make sure there are no shorts. Can't wait to see pictures!
Only problem is that if its too low it won't fire on the Ego Bat. I usually test em out on my Darwin so I always know the resistance. Its just a matter of getting off my ... and making a whole 'nother wick...

Here is some of my new additions. Im on a quest to vape everything on my Provari. This may be a good start. I also had the Arry Act4 but I sold it to donate the money to the "we are vapors" documentary. Its all the same cause the Act3 does the exact same thing. 
^^^ almost all the ones I've seen are bought .. Things like the one posted here are DIY.

Those are the spark plug sp3. They take the 16340 battery. I have 801 to 510 adaptors on them to use regular cartos with them.
