There are 3 stores in the Smokey Mountain Flea market in the main building( not really a flea market ), which is near the Pigeon Forge exit off I-40. I believe they are open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Not sure about any other stores.
Was down that way about a week ago myself and unfortunately, nothing turned up. Thankfully I was heading over to Knoxville as well, so I stopped by Knoxville Vapor and Vintage Vapors.
If you have an extra hour or two, I'd head to Knoxville and check them both out. Vintage Vapors sells their own line of custom juices which are awesome (picked up two before they were open - officially opened this past Saturday) and Knoxville sells Halo, Evo and I think a few others that I can't recall off the top of my head.
KV is still in the process of getting their shop setup and tuned; a little basic right now, but they're super-friendly. VV is a work of art. Their shop holds that vintage look with some really well designed foam pieces that I could have swore were wood (including two walls). They have a juice bar setup with Protanks and you can test until your hearts' content.

NicQuid is the one I was missing (not sure how, but that's the one) - Thanks! I know they had said they used to be there, though from what they were telling me, they made it seems as if they'd moved away from there and into their physical shop. I may have misunderstood though - I was trying to listen and sample at the same time
