Rebuilt CE2 XL Clearomizer with new syringe and nichrome wire. Used Cat 5 copper wire for the +/- connections. Haven't been able to get new wicking material as of yet. :2cool:

Doesn't mean it is a bad idea...just use a different shiny wire. A paperclip would work good and most have a high gloss shine. You can also get silver or gold wire from most beading supply areas! It is Dead soft, half hard and hard. The dead soft and half hard are a silver or gold alloy over a copper core...and there really isn't a need to worry about the copper leaching out once the ends are covered in solder. So how about a gold CE?!!!

lol, I like the gold and silver idea. How about sewing needles? I redone the ones in the pictures using them. The eye of the needle works really well with the coil wire. No solder needed.
