Unbend a paper clip or get a very small screwdriver and raise the center pin very slightly. This can happen if you screw it on the tank or even the charger a little too tightly.

Be very careful and don't try to raise it too much. If you still have a problem maybe pick up an adapter.

Moving to ego subforum.

The center pin of my ego Twist seems to have gone in a bit. Kanger T2s that are fine on other twists seem to have problem on this one.
What can I do?

I've been having center pin problems with a couple of my Twists too. Do what others suggested but be careful. One I went a bit overboard trying to work the pin up and it's pretty loose, needs to be adjusted every time.
