PINK BP finally arrived!

I had ordered it in late August, yesterday finally I was able to go pick it up from customs. (22 days of waiting altogether, that's a normal time span, just like ordering from China.) It's a beauty, though not "as pink as I expected"... more on the brownish/rosewood side, nonetheless very elegant colour altogether.

So I'm sitting here, vaping happily away ... the sun shines brightly (what an exception this year) .... and the sunrays make my new BP shine .... But STOP! What is this?


There's 3 minor scratches on the surface, not too far away from the serial no. I'm not sure where & how to make this known? And above all, I am not at all sure if I can catch the scratches with my camera.... it doesn't do macro, they never come out sharp.

But the fact of the matter is, I ordered a normal BP, and got a blemished one.

PS - just to make it clear: I did NOT search for the blemish, I was just admiring the nice interaction between the bright sunlight and the shiny surface!!

Oh no Mia I have to ask (because the shop will ask me when I tell them about this) did customs unpack it to inspect?

I'm so disappointed for you. I can't promise anything, but I will check and see if it's possible to compensate for the blemishes.

Try to get some pics even if they aren't great, the shop will ask for them.

Bovinia, thank you! Yes the customs opened the package in front of my eyes (be4 that, it was untouched), because I had failed to bring the invoice with me ... and only realized it after I had already driven about 18 miles... so we opened the package in order to see if they enclosed an invoice or not.

It wasn't ... but also: the BP was completely + safely packed into an air bubbles bag, it had been rolled in, and nobody had touched it ever since it has left Paso Robles... that was clearly visible.

I will try to get some pics going tomorrow or within the next few days ... atm I can't do too much at a time, I am completely under the weather with a heavy flu, and my energy always only lasts like from 12 to mid-day or so. Reason: I didn't get any proper sleep for the last few nights due to heavy coughing. So every so often in the daytime, I just crash... and need an hour or two of sleep, just as long as it takes for my body to get the next coughing attack going. This is tedious, but I hope I'll get over it within the next few days.

In the meantime: thank you for taking care of this issue (which is not too big an issue, but it is one).

Terri did ask for pictures, as she is the one who inspected the tubes, but your health is top priority!
