In today's review, we are having a look at the ipv Velas from Pioneer4U. The Velas, even with it being a budget end mod, still has one feature which would be surprising to a lot of folks... it has a YiHi ship in it. To be more precise, the YiHi 410 class of chip which is an overhaul of the older 310 chip. It brings the 410 more in line with the performance of the 350 chip which is used in the Q Class and Q Mini mods from SX.
The Velas is one of the latest mods carrying the ipv name which Pioneer4U has been releasing for a long time now. The original IPV released a couple of years ago, was the first mod to break through the 30watt mark and sparked off the first of the major wattage races. The question is, how will this new mod perform? Let's find out...
As always with a vaping With Vic review, you know that I have tested this item for at least a week, instead of reviewing it the day after it comes in...this channel always tests items first before reviewing.
