pipe stem (or angled tip) to fit inside 510 cartomizer?

I'm looking for a pipe stem that will fit inside of a boge 3.0 cartomizer. I intend on using this with my incoming mini-sub tank and my current lavatube vv. The tip doesn't necessarily have to be a "pipe stem" but I want it to be curvy just like one. Here are a couple of picture of what I'm talking about, note the curves:



So far I haven't found what I'm looking for. I'm looking for ideas or suggestions.
