E-Cigarettes Canada is a good honest store too. I started off with them. I think the problem with the link is it shortened it.

Yes Sylvain is bilingual. The "Main Site" is too. The intro site isn't, but he said he will be changing that. When he first started, he said he thought he would be only serving people of the province of QC, but was surprised to see orders from across Canada. So He will adapt his site for English/French customers, plus more methods of payment.

He's a cool guy, with great stuff. I live 35 mins from him

For fruity flavors, yes, 18mg, but, for tobacco juices u can get 24mg.

You can also try vaporskitchen @ 24mg, maybe he'd be happy to do a target strength you want. Not to mention his juices are awesome!!!

cdnvapor may only offer 10ml bottles but 3 10ml bottles is cheaper than 1 30ml elseware, at least what i have found here in canada
