Thanks BJ43 for your pictures, I tried this myself to see how it would work with my Bulli.
I use the same rolled steel mesh that I use in my Lines, then wrap a section using Bulli wick.
The mesh is long enough to protrude out the end of the tube if the mouthpiece is removed.
This makes it easier for me to drip onto the end of the mesh, the liquid runs down the mesh and then collects in the wick. I can then put the mouthpiece back on and
vape.
Liquid still pools at the bottom of the tube if not vaped immediately as the wick does not 'hold onto' the liquid for long - maybe lagging the mesh with filler would be better.
It seems good so far, I prefer the idea of using a mesh wick.
I will try your idea using a section of pin to increase one leg (as I am wasting power/heat by using only wire).
Edit>> I replaced the wick lagging with filler I found in a spare Bulli cart, it now holds a lot more liquid. The steel mesh goes up through a hole in the centre of the filler (I imagine much like BJ43 does). I will have to experiment with my
coils, it is too powerful now, tastes burnt, even though no filler or wick is being heated.
