Multiple clearomizers needed you can clean them but I have found the taste to transfer plus it's good to have a few extra if you want to change flavors throughout the day good luck on the search for your juice there are a wide variety of juices out there. As far as your battery after my first ego I bought the provari and never looked back.

Are some clearomizers better than others for not transferring taste?

Just my opinion the cost of clearomizers and replacement heads is pretty low compared to what I spent smoking I can justify spending the money. I only use a few flavors now but when I started I tried a wide variety of juices some strong flavors chai, menthol, cinnamon and many many more I could never get the juice to taste the same out of any clearomizer as it had when it was the first juice vaped out of it. For the price of 2 packs of smokes I could have a clearo that lasted 3 weeks and replacement head for 2 bucks it was really a no brainier for me.
