I am sure I am not the only one that has this problem. I can't use anything that has a plastic anymore. I quit... I destroyed 2 iclears and now my window piece on my kayfun so I am all pure metal on that one (wish I had a real glass window). If I want to use cheaply made juices than I can use the plastic type tanks. But, my good juices just destroy them. Is it because how hot the liquid gets or the make of the juice? I just never have got the gist on how that works. I just have to make sure if I am putting juice in a tank now that I use the correct tanks.
I have probably ate up 4-8 tanks in the past year being stupid.

I did a cursory glance through the forums and did not find to much on the subject.

Here is a great resource regarding "tank cracking" eliquid by ECF member Baditude: Something Safe for Cinnamon and Citrus Flavors

Make sure to open all his links! Two of those links are:

* A blog post by ECF member The Ocelot titled "EEEKKK it's Melting".
* A "HUGE" list of juice and flavorings that may cause problems as far as cracking, fogging, or etching polycarbonate tanks (compiled by ECF member my4jewels).

There is also an ongoing list of "Tank Cracking" juices. Think a link just a bit down fro the top.

I have never had a problem with juice cracking my Kayfun and I use a lot of citrusy type juices and banana. But I think its cause I only make mine with 10 percent flavoring. I did crack one full tank by tightning it to hard but that was my fault.

I have seen threaded glass you think they could make a Kayfun with threaded glass tank.
