Looking to buy some e-liquid online when I see a caution note saying this juice might crack polycarbonate tanks... some websites say that some don't after a while I really want to try space jam e-juice Pluto by Space Jam Robo Fuel | eLiquid.com
But I do not get a note saying it could potentially crack my tank... I have a CE4 ( I know not the best tank) but it works for me and I do not want to change it....Anyone know how to tell if certain e juice will break my tank or not? Also considering mt. baker vapor anyone know about their flavors?
Any help would be great, Thanks!

I've also had TFA Ripe Banana wreck a syringe with a rubber stopper.

I think you can get CE4's in 5-packs or at least like 2 dollars a pop online. If you're not interested in moving to something with a glass tank then I say just buy a .... load of them and then if a few crack it's no big deal. And I get it too, seems like you can't upgrade to something glass without having to switch to a new type of coil as well. And if you're anything like me then .... that. I got lucky, I started with evods, but they cracked all the time, but I moved to protank2 that takes the same coil as the evod but is tougher.

And I'd stick with mt. baker. I've only tried 3 of their flavors, one sucked (turns out tea is a gross ejuice flavor), one was decent (Extremem Soda) and one was pretty ....ing good (oatmeal treat). They're one of the only companies I've seen that actually tells you straight up which juices are known to crack plastic tanks. Sadly with how jumpy the Canadian border guys are with eliquid coming through I've not ordered from the states for some time so I doubt I'll get to try many of their flavors.

Polycarbonate plastic is generally crystal clear and may be mistaken as being glass. This is generally found in the cheaper clearomizer/cartomizer tanks.

Polypropylene plastic is generally frosted or opaque. (Immune to tank cracking flavors) This is the same material found in medical syringes and e-liquid bottles.

Something Safe for Cinnamon & Citrus Flavors

My first experience with this phenonemon was about 3 years ago. I filled up a new clearomizer with some new strawberry lemonade e-liquid and the tank melted in my hands before I could place it on my battery. I've used only pyrex (glass) tanks since that incident.

My daughter found out why I made sure that we both had Protank 2 Minis (glass tanks) when I ordered our Evod kits. She loaded up her Evod tank with Mt. Baker Vapor Wild Cherry for the ride home from work. The tank cracked and leaked almost immediately. She did not notice that Mt. Baker noted on their website that the Wild Cherry had been reported as a "tank cracker" eliquid. Now she pays a little more attention to which tank she is using with certain flavors.

We both enjoy quite a few eliquids from Mt. Baker Vapor, and Mt. Baker does show which of their eliquids are potential "tank crackers" right on their site.
