Plastic/weird taste when using new kanger t3s atomizers

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of the nasty taste associated with new kanger t3s coils. I was also wondering if i can boil the coil whole, or if i have to learn how to take it apart. I just got some new MT3S, but they seem to have the same weird taste that my evod carts didnt have. I use kanger T3S's regularly but just got some more coils for them and they taste just awful... not burnt but has an almost plasticky undertone. If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated!

Welcome aboard
If you are using a 'tank cracker' juice in your T3S/MT3S the juice could be dissolving the plastic tank. Does the tank appear cloudy, or show signs of cracking.
If Not:
Put the disassembled tank into a 1 hour soak of vodka or everclear. use a small soft bristle brush or pipe cleaner to swab the tank parts. Rinse with warm tap water, dry the tank parts, blow out any liquid inside the atomizer head and allow to dry over night.
Priming the atomizer Head (coil/wick)
Fill the tank with juice, allow 30 minutes for the wick to 'prime' before using.
Or
Fill the tank with juice, take 4-5 dry puffs, install the tank on to your battery (pv), Take short 1-2 second puffs until vapor production begins, vape normally.
