Is the church counselor talking with you alone at all honey ? I know she refused a mediator but are you getting any counsel ? Fear of the unknown has very strong powers in itself. Prolly most of your attacks are frum the fear of being alone and abandoned. I really hope you know you are NOT alone babe. We may not be able to actually hold hands but I'm rite there with you. Please try to eat lightly so it stays down. Without eating your stress and anxiety levels are gonna get stronger and stronger until you have a total breakdown and end up in the hospital. Please keep talking to me. I don't care what time or what day or whatever, You have to let this out and not hold it in. We love you & Care too much to let anything happen to you
