I think I may have perfected my lentils and kale recipe.
LOVE lentils. Wife doesn't. Grew up eating lentils a lot. Mom's used to do them a lot in 50's and 60's. Never lost the taste for them. I do the cooking here just cause I love to cook, and my wife, well not so much. I always ask her if she wants to cook, just for the experience that it is, but she hasn't wanted to. Hmmm, guess who's the dummy here. Anyway, never tasted kale. Don't know if I want to. But...I have become enamored lately with collard greens (which again, I never tried before, and now love). So, what's the prospects for lentils and collard greens, and maybe a few hot sausage pieces thrown in?
