It seems I get to have a refresher course on turning wrenches... it seems I lost an AC / water pump belt on my Ford Escape... hopefully the mile and a half I needed to drive wasn't too far for it... We made it to manhattan! this hotel has high tech rooms, the drapes open when you enter the room, there is a remote control thingy for the lights, air conditioner, drapes,

And a tablet for an alarm clock, with the weather and streaming music on it, it also scrolls news headlines, haven't play dwith it enough to see if you can read the news on it or not. yep, this place is a far cry from the red roof inns we did a couple months ago
