Audrey Hepburn is one of my favorite people of all time. Not only was she beautiful, elegant and extremely talented... she was also a great humanitarian with a huge heart. She helped a lot of people all over the world and fought for many causes before it was even popular for celebrities to do. (Not that it doesn't count now of course)

I also got to see Big Daddy. And many more.
I got to see her in the pits. She was surrounded by women.
And yes it was this trip that my mustang had its accident

Took mom today to get blood drawn and then to get plants for her garden. It surprised me that she didn't buy several of everything like she used to do and when I asked she said if I want to get the tiller out and work up some more ground that she would LOL Her house has a 6 x 12 raised garden in the back with irrigation running to it so that should be plenty and will keep her happy.

I got to meet her in Las Vegas. When we lived in AK, would go to Vegas twice a year... we had a ton of airline miles so would go in April and August for the drag races. We stayed downtown Vegas and took the bus out to the track.

When I joined the Navy our house was right across the street from this they moved while I was in, good thing neighborhood went to crap
