WE didn't have time out when I went, they had a oak board with a handle about 4 inches wide and 2 1/2 foot long called the board of education and I might add children were more respectful in those days

... so therefore I submit... since there aren't rules, there was nothing to break. I'll also add... this is a game... not a school ( kindergarden or otherwise ) where following the instructions of the teachers IS important and not just a game.
