Facial flushing happens when blood vessels in the face expand. Nicotine should make them smaller temporarily. It’s also a symptom of a lot of things though one of which is menopause. If you’re worried, see a doctor.
As the guy's above say. A doctor is always the best bet for anything unusual but nicotine can effect blood vessels. I often get a little tinnitus when I first start vaping each day (the tinnitus is old but the nic does mildly effect it short term).

That title confused me, as facial flushing here means getting a mini watering can and sticking it up your nose and flushing salt water out the other nostril

Yes, it can cause flushing and rashes. You may have a slight intolerance to a couple of ingredients in your juice or it might be something as simple as needing to wash your tank and drip tips and replacing the coil.
A process of elimination will find what the cause is if the cause is vaping related.
Some people have problems with pg or vg, flavoring or even the material the coils are made of.

Obviously, seeking a doctor's advice makes sense, but, if you continue to vape in the meantime, maybe try vaping unflavored. If that eliminates the flushing, that would suggest a sensitivity to one or more flavoring in your regular ejuice.
