At my wits end, relieved to find you listed here. At this point would prefer being called at number left on my phone message from earlier today regarding two different problems with both batteries on order 40094 that I emailed about on Sunday. Saw you were closed for Memorial holiday but really expected response by now. Really would prefer call back as I need to do something at this point, been backing up recharging with real cigs (bad) but if not, can respond here or reply to my Sunday email but PLEASE do respond (it was re: two recent twists, one 10x blink, one no light).
