Please help me decide which REO to get. I'm a little overwhelmed.

The differences between the VVGrand and the Grand: same size around but the VV is taller, different batteries, but they both use the same size bottle for juice, the Grand is fully mechanical, so is very sturdy and easy to clean, can be fully immersed in water for cleaning. The VV will of course give you variable voltage and is made of the same aluminum as the Grand, again very strong and sturdy. You can PM Rob (Redeyedancer) about the reomizer, he is working on a new rba which will be out in a few weeks, and no longer has the reomizer on his site, but may have some still for sale. You really can not go wrong with either. All are fully backed by Rob, who is the maker and has the best customer service around.

The reomizer is available only by PM request to redeyedancer. I suggest waiting till he comes out with the Reomizer 2. The first was not as durable as Robert wanted it to be. He has been working on a replacement and it will be available soon.

What PV are you using now? Have you done VV? Are you use to atty's or cartos?

Here is a great thread to read. Lots of information that will answer many of your questions.

I have a Provari, which is variable voltage, and have used a Z-Atty-Pro, cartomizers, carto tanks and years ago a plain jane atomizer.

I am looking for great taste and simplicity. What lostknitter said makes me lean strongly towards a Grand.

Hi horse lady! I have been on the REO forum only for approx 6 months. In that time I have seen countless posts from new REO users and i have observed the following trends:

I have only seen MAYBE 2 posts where folks thought they should have gotten a different REO than they did.

I have seen hundreds of posts where people are tickled pink with their choice. I was one of those.

In fact, most of us have all bought additional REOs in same / or different colors / sizes / function.

Bottom line, unless your among a very small minority, you will likely be intoxicatingly pleased with whatever REO you pick.

I know I continue to be.

Oh, and a recommendation would also to be to maybe use a stock atty or carto until robs new RBA rolls out. New users in particular do not seem to have the best luck with the REOmizer and tend to get more frustrated than experienced REO / RBA users.

Welcome and congrats!

Thanks. That's my plan, although I have made new coils for my Z-Atty-Pro several times. Do you have any recommendations for "stock" attys? :)

I've been tossing around the same decision for my next Reo when the tax return comes in. At the end of the day, I think I've settled on a grand for battery life and less chance of anything going wrong with it. Besides, I figure with a decent rba on it I can adjust the resistance to find my sweet spot, making vv a moot point for me.

Yes, before RBA's my favorite heater was 1.7 ohm supershort carto :)

I never liked attys before RBA's.

I just found out that a vv is never mute. It is sublime. Just got my first one a few days ago to keep my grands company. All of them are unbelievable, the vv - just a little more so!

Never got the hang of cartos. I just as soon flood em as get a good vape. 1.5 ohm 306's for me. The vv is moot for me (for now) as I spend more time at work than at home. My kitchen is rough... Hell, it's so hot during service I have to use a reducer tube.
