I stopped using the 901 carts because I noticed some slight melting on that eventually. I ended up cutting off HALF of the plastic on the 510 that sticks into the atty and was able to vape for months until that one melted somewhere between today and yesterday (I'm not sure when it melted because I stopped obsessively checking it).

I don't like dripping and would never buy a Super-T. I want a standard cart but made from metal instead of plastic. I have cut the 510 cart, tried the 901 cart, properly aligned the cart with the atty, kept the cart full and kept the atty primed and yet I STILL have these issues.

Even if slight melting wasn't going on...isn't it bad to have heat so close to the plastic? Doesn't plastic leach when you heat it? I know that generally the harder the plastic the less leaching occurs, but I still don't like that idea. Doesn't plastic leaching into liquids cause cancer? Isn't that the whole reason why most of us tried vaping in the first place?
