PLEASE HELP! Nemesis clone either wont fire or wont lock.

I just recieved my copper/stainless steel nemesis clone in the mail and i am having a serious problem. Maybe im just being stupid who knows. When i place the battery in the nemesis i either A.) have no connection (bettery shakes around inside) or. B.) i cannot lock my devise. I have adjusted the pin, the kick ring, all tubes and I cannot get this to work properly. Please tell me what im doing wrong. Ive used an 18500 and an 18650 with the same problem. Right now im seriously regreting my purchase. Pleaae help!

if your battery is rattling around in there no matter how you adjust it that's a big problem.

Took the kick ring off and put a kick on it neither work. Its either have it fire and not be able to lock it or lock it and not be able to fire.

There's a bit of a learning curve to the Neme clones, you have to adjust the top and bottom pins so they make contact with the battery and with your topper. It can be frustrating and alarm you a bit before you figure it out, but it's going to be okay. That bottom button is adjustable so that you can vary the throw on it, but not too much or it won't fire. Stick a finger in the top part, loosen the topper a little, and turn that top pin until it stops, then tighten down the topper. Adjust the bottom pin upward until it's only got a couple threads in, and see how that works. You can adjust from there.

You'll get it, don't worry.

Thank you vasolvik! I took a deep breath and did what you said and now i can lock and fire! The lock ring doesn't spin up flush with the base, but hell at least it locks! I really appreciate it.

Actually im back to square one. It did lock for a bit, but now its back to firing again and i did not touch anything. Now i have been playing with the pins for over an hour with no luck. Basically this thing just cannot lock. Even if there is a way to have this work i dont think it should take nearly this much effort. I heard hcigar made quality products.... I have been proven wrong. I am very disappointed with this product

I can't seem to think of how a locking ring could fail. Unless your switch is too small and actually fits inside the locking ring is should be physically blocking the button from moving. Can you post a picture?
