Please help stop e-cig ban in california!

Call the Governor's office and tell them you want him to VETO SENATE BILL 400, include your opinions and whatnot! If California adopts this bill, it wont be long that it will be turned into a nationwide ban.

Now, I won't buy into the hysteria that just because Cali does it the rest of the nation will, if that was true then more than 13 or so states would have medical marijuana and many other laws like the California Emissions standards for autos and such. I do agree that everyone needs to make their voice be heard instead of letting a few lobbyist with money dictate the rules. Help the cause, but it helps to stick to facts. Throwing out statements like that make our side look just as goofy as the pro ban people throwing out their misguided facts.

It does classify e-cigs with other tobacco products, which is a separate issue, which some might want to argue about. Before everyone starts beating on me, I just re-read SB400 and stand corrected. It does indeed look like a ban for e-cigs. I'm with Nico: Email the Governor.

i have read the bill, from the first time about cars, to about e-cigs...and i am sure it bans the sale period. untill fda approves them.

every e-cig i bought states not for under 18, and not for nonsmokers. some dumba$$ in natomas, calif. sold a kit to a minor, and boom, unregulated product, stop the sale to anyone.
i have sent e-mail, a letter, and have got a few people to do the same, sb400 is a lie, and while i dont belive every law cali inacts, the country follows, but i have seen how laws here do get passed in other states.

i am going to call the calif. capitol and ask that it be vetod or rewritten to make the sale to minors illegal some more laws for the little bast@rds to break and make parents pay for...(sorta off track there, sorry)
