If the wall charger isn't working but the usb charger works & if it's only a week old, I would definitely contact your supplier & have him swap out the wall charger for you if it's cost effective. Hopefully you can make a small vid of the charger not working & send it to your supplier & he will just mail one out & not have you send the bad one back. As far as upgraded ones go, I haven't seen one. They all are basically the same
