I figured since that company was already going nic free it would be ok to mention them but how will you know who you are pming?

Sad but true. I guess the best thing to recommend to new users is to directly contact the suppliers who are listed still on ecf. I do suspect that there are some spies who've been with us and have high point counts, etc. There's no way for us to know, but I'd bet that I'll bet the info we want to protect has been forwarded to HC a long time ago. Kinda like closing the barn door when the horse is out, but I guess we don't want to let on who's still "playing ball".

I was a total noob when I found a supplier here that actually helped me make good choices of PV and juice. I am glad that at the time he felt comfortable enough to do that. Sad that we won't feel comfortable like that any more.

I figure HC got their list of suppliers to target months ago. I can't imagine them acting any quicker.

I also mentioned Nicfit because as someone else said, they didn't want to see them stuck with any nic e-juice after they have to stop selling it.

When I joined this and other forums a year or so ago, I got PMd the info. When I asked.

I imagine this is a cycle HC goes through. Chase after the little suppliers. Get bored and go after something else. then come back and chase after them again.

I just don't want to see everything go so underground or any fear go through the community that new people wouldn't be trusted or even find us. To me hc sort of wins if that happens. Know what I mean?

I never understood the legal implications here anyways. I mean, Health Canada doesn’t make the law. They simply give market authorization. So what are the legal ramifications for selling something that doesn’t have market authorization? I mean, how are the Canadian suppliers “getting away with it” thus far?

Surely a scary letter from HC shouldn’t change anything. Either it’s illegal or not. Why aren’t the courts breathing down their necks?
