Sounds horribly outdated to me (it seems like the knowledge level is significantly lower than everything we know about e-cigs today), no clue how that article was made so recently.. And that must've been from a specific vendor that is making their juice with something that they shouldn't be. Sounds like an incredibly biased article, not reputable at all.
