I'm a new ProVari customer and I'm waiting for the end of the month to make my first purchase. I was set on upgrading the LED to blue from red but I'm not really seeing the pics I need to see online (that I've seen so far) to where I'm for certain ProVape's blue is for me, I like cobalt types of blue's, not pale blues.

Was hoping some people who have the previous run of the blue led could post some high res pics of their device (black only with the blue led), and include some dark room/night time shots of it as well (button included?) I would appreciate it, I don't want to make the wrong purchase, I want to pick right the first time.

Thanks for your help.

Your not gonna really find pics showing the true color . This is because its very hard to take a accurate picture of a PWM'ed LED much less taking accurate pictures of a specific wavelength. . Its definitly not a royal/cobalt blue. Heres some photos below that i match as best as i could to the display . Its around a 465-470nm wavelength. Iv seen at least 10 pics of a blue provari display online including my own and havent seen one actually come close to the real color.

Its still a nice color blue though and since led no matter the wavelength is still a vivid color

Green LED ? I found this pic but dont know if its legit.Im sure it will be more green in real life. With all these displays in the pic they kinda look backwards in color .The vivid color is on the actual numbers and no light around them.

Yea I think you guys are right (thanks for the pics btw) blue is still blue when it comes to a black body, it will compliment the black and vise versa...even if it's a more paler blue, it will still work quite well. That's what I'm getting then!

I def don't want a red one, they said that one is really bright, I def don't want that in dark situations so that was the right choice then.

Thanks for pics again, actually I hadn't seen some of these, they look better than what I've seen.

I think you will love the blue. Its not really a big deal though since its not lit when vaping . Only time you see the light is the couple seconds when your in the menu . Even the button you dont see much since your finger is over it when its on.

Nope menu is only on when you change the voltage or check batteryvoltage/ohm check . The button can be left on or turned off when you vape. Button only lights up when you vape which you really cant see unless you press the button with your finger nail. The only other time the button lights up is when the low battery light starts flashing.
