Hey folks. We're implementing a ticket system on the site.. Should have it up and going tonight. I didn't have any idea how crazy things would get and I've been having email issues recently (both organizational and a few that seem to have gone MIA on the mail server) so we're going to change gears and try out a new way of doing things.
With our new ticketing system, we'll be better able to serve you in an organized and prompt fashion, lower response time, and quicken resolution of any support issues that you may have.
Instead of emailing support@vapornine, support inquiries will now be done through the site--on the same support link but with a new system that'll make things easier for both us and our customers! Thanks for being great and understanding if we've been slow to reply or lost your emails (though it doesn't happen allll that much, I really hate that it happens at all because we really do try to extend our customers the same level of support that we'd want ourselves)--hopefully this will make those goofs a thing of the past! Woohoo.
