I have never done this on this forum but have definitely run out of choices and patience. The first of May I placed an order for 6 DSE801 batts and a passthru. Rec'd the order very quickly which impressed me. What did not impress me was that not one single item in that order worked. I emailed David Yang and he responded on May 22nd that he would help me. That is the last time I have heard from him. I have emailed him NUMEROUS times to no avail. I tried PMing him here and he does not accept PMs on this forum. If anyone out there has any ideas what else I can do, please let me know. This order was $100.00 and $100.00 I cannot afford to donate to Eastmall.

David is the main guy running the business - I think you should email him at eastmall.net@gmail.com but I will talk to him tonight.
You will probably get a faster response posting in the Eastmall forum. Ed is really good about watching there - not so much the rest of the board.

Actually the problem is that your email address comes bouncing back Jo and I've followed up a few times last week. Your last one didn't bounce but I didn't get a reply either.

I'll try calling, Hope it's not too late there :oops:
Thank you Ed for calling me tonight and helping me get this worked out. Don't know why you were having a problem with my email. No one has ever told me that before. Maybe a bug in AOL's system. Anyway I appreciate what you did for me. Good customer service after all. Thank you.

Since this issue is resolved, I'm going to go ahead and close this unless there are any direct objections.

Anyone?

Why would you want to close this so quickly? It is always nice to hear about the follow up after an issue and see how it was resolved. Put it back in your holster, the story isn't over :)
